今では、日本のそれも和歌山県にのみ現存する吊り編機で作った裏毛は1940〜50sのアメリカのスウェットがそうであったように、ふっくらとした風合いと最高の着心地が最大の魅力です。1日の生産量約10メートルという非効率な機械だからこそ実現可能なこの素材。フルカウントの代名詞ともいえるジンバブエコットンの原綿( 茶綿) を先染めした贅沢な吊り裏毛作りました。そうすることによって原綿の肌触りを直で楽しむことが出来ます。型両V セットインスリーブ。ユニオンスペシャルミシンによるフラットシーマー縫製、フライスにはランダム針抜きを使用、ガゼットはハメコミ両V、ネック周りのフライスには上下振りミシンを使用するなど手間をかけたディテール満載、至極のスウェットシャツに仕上がっております。

Like the beloved American sweatshirts of the 1940s and 50s, these exhibit a full, plump texture, and promise the ultimate in comfort. These machines are very inefficient by modern standards and can only produce about 10 meters of fabric per day. We’ ve come up with this luxurious loopwheel fleece using the raw, brown Zimbabwe cotton that has become synonymous with Full Count. In this way, you get to directly enjoy the feel of this very special raw cotton. With a Union Special flat seam sewing machine pulling duty, there are random, vintage-looking, disconnected stitches on the rib, old style V gussets, and a vertical-feed sewing machine is used for the rib on the neck binder.
